when I first got broadband internet at my house. And I just hit puberty, which was a perfect combination. It probably took only a month until I was masturbating to porn every day. There were even days when I stayed up so late watching porn that I’d be late for school. I couldn’t focus in class, got bad grades and felt like a zombie the days after jacking off.
It wasn’t long until my secret life started bleeding out into my real life. The breaking point came when my college girlfriend found a shocking amount (to her) of porn on my computer that I forgot to clear from my web history. Although she didn’t break up with me right away, she couldn’t see me the same way again. The relationship just went downhill pretty fast with trust issues and insecurities about her self image.
I realized that porn addiction doesn’t just affect me, but also the people I care about. That’s when I made a firm decision to do everything I can to break my porn addiction. I tried every product out there and did tons of research. It took me months until a huge epiphany came to me:

I transformed from someone who needed hardcore porn just to get off, to being able to ejaculate just by fantasizing about girls I met in real life. Best of all, the time I saved from not watching porn went to actually have a pretty good sex life. Like a normal goddamn human being.

Marc’s approach is really gentle (albeit maybe a bit counter-intuitive to what you think it should be) and helps you get off slowly. I kept hitting a wall with most methods that just expected pure abstinence and for you to whitenuckle it through any cravings.
